My kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Free, wrote "Painting-Drawing-Crafts seem to be the activities she enjoys the most..." and "...giving thought to to each little project and making it uniquely her own."

I couldn't sum up my life any better than that.

My interest in art lead to a Bachelor of Art Education degree, just for fun. I've been beading for as long as I can remember and took my first lampwork class in July 2006. Also love hand thrown ceramics and just about any form of craft I can get my hands on.

Outside of the craft world, I have been an elementary school teacher since the mid 1980s. Even taught kindergarten for six years.
